AI-generated imagery is finding its place in the creative landscape.  The studio represents my exploration of artificial intelligence as a new artistic medium and demonstrates how AI intersects with fine art photography.

As a fine art photographer and filmmaker, I share a deep respect for traditional artistic disciplines and the talent, skill, and training required to create art.  Whether AI constitutes "art" is an open question for debate and discussion.  Yet with the advent of AI, the question, I believe, isn't whether to engage with it, but how to use it wisely and meaningfully.

While these images are AI-generated, each one would be impossible to recreate. Each piece emerges from a specific creative decision, e.g., the prompts I craft, the parameters I adjust, and the dozens of iterations I reject.  The quantum randomness in AI technology means that even the same prompt produces a different result.
